has a line of phones called Xperia Ace that are only sold in Japan. The Ace III is the latest addition to this line. Now, Sumaho Digest is talking about the next model, which will probably come out sometime next year, and giving some details about it (the info originally comes from Weibo sources).

The 4 Gen 1 chipset will give the phone greater computational muscle; while it won’t be a speed demon, it should be noticeably quicker than the Snapdragon 480 utilized in the Mark 3. This 6nm chip has similar performance to the Snapdragon 695, according to AnTuTu benchmarks (which powers the Xperia 10 IV).

According to rumors, the CPU will be accompanied with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (an increase from the current 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage). Convention dictates that a microSD card slot be included in mobile devices, thus this one should as well. Like any respectable Xperia, it ought to be resistant to moisture and equipped with a 3.5mm headphone port.
